As the owner of an apartment on Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris, I needed one million euros to complete the construction of a house intended for resale. My bank, which was supposed to finance the work, ultimately stopped the loan on the grounds that I was older than 70.
RJM Holding took on ownership of my apartment in Paris while making it available to me and providing me with the right to repurchase it. With the money from the sale, I was able to complete the work and sell my house under favorable conditions.
I immediately exercised my repurchase right on the apartment. To my great joy, this solution saved my project.

In January of 2020, I was preparing to sign the sale of a house in the Antilles when the Covid crisis hit. My purchaser backed out. My bridge loan for this asset expired in April of 2020. The bank did not want to extend it. The sale with the right of repurchase on a second home that I owned on Avenue Montaigne in Paris allowed me to pay off my bank loan and gain some time in order to sell my house in Saint Barth under the best possible conditions.
I sold it at a very good price in February of 2021, allowing me to use part of the proceeds of the sale to repurchase my apartment in Paris. RJM Holding was very responsive both during the sale and repurchase.
This measure allowed me to make a very nice profit from the real estate transaction. I heartily recommend the sale with the right of repurchase when urgent capital is needed.
